Course Dates and Fees
BEGINNER/IMPROVERS CLASSES AND IMPROVERSYou are eligible to join an existing course, if you have attended an Introduction to Pilates. Some classes are mixed levels, these are 'Beginner/Improvers'. Improvers+ is for those who have been doing Pilates for a year+ and familiar with the exercises and have built some strength and stamina (you will not be eligible to join these classes after an Introduction only).
