Beginners

 

Beginners & Beginner/Improvers Classes

 

In order to join a beginner or beginner/improver class you need to either:

Attend a Beginner Introduction Workshop, or

Have a private 1:1 session, or

Have some previous Pilates experience and be familiar with the basic principles of Pilates

 

The classes recommended for beginners, following one of the above are:

 

Morning Beginners - Monday, 10.30am at Bourne Hall

Evening Beginners - Wednesday evening at 8pm at Bourne Hall.  (7pm on Monday is a possibility, but existing clients usually fill the spaces as they have first priority as this is a more popular time slot).
